2. Permissionless Asset Listing

KarpousDAO enables asset and business owners to list their assets directly without Karpous' intervention, fostering a truly decentralized marketplace.
• Decentralized Vetting: The community votes on the listings to accept or decline them, and this is backed up by the AI agents conducting their research.
• Community-Based Scoring: The owners of tokens give ratings to the quality of the assets, the market potential of the businesses and the trustworthiness of its owners.
3. Voting and Governance

KarpousDAO empowers all participants to have a voice in platform governance through proportional voting rights.
• Token-Weighted Voting: The number of staked KRPS tokens determines the strength of voting.
• Proposal Categories: Setting approval for user created pools, Listing approvable businesses and Assets.

6. Revenue Distribution

Revenue generated from the platform is managed transparently via smart contracts.
• Setup Fee Distribution: 10% goes to Karpous for operational costs, up to 10% is allocated as referral rewards, based on the user's referral level. Half of the remaining revenue is distributed to stakers, voters, and the council. The other half is used for KRPS token buybacks and burns, ensuring deflationary tokenomics.
• Revenue Transparency: All transactions are publicly auditable within the DAO.
